About Us

Prior to founding the SalesPlus business Jim was a respected food executive with over 30 years experience. Jim had an extensive background in senior leadership retail roles covering Category Management, Marketing, Retail Operations and Project Leadership. Jim has a detailed knowledge of how both retailers and manufacturers operate. He has an MBA from Deakin University, and a proven history of success in the industry.

Prior to founding the SalesPlus business Greg has had a significant career in the Australian Food & Grocery Industry also spanning over 30 years. Has had a number of senior leadership roles in Operations, Buying and Merchandise across various retail channels including supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience, general merchandise and hardware. He has also extensive experience in Not for Profit having worked as General Manager of Foodbank Australia, a hunger relief organisation in Australia.
